Return/Exchange Policy
- If, for any reason, you are
not
completely satisfied with your purchase, return it
in its original condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund
of the purchase price, an exchange, or an in-store credit. This
excludes custom
made or personalized merchandise.
- The purchase price for Custom made or
personalized jewelry
is nonrefundable, unless there is a flaw
in the workmanship or an error in the agreed
upon specified design.
- Refunds, exchanges, or in-store credits shall
be issued against
items that are returned in undamaged
and original condition.
- If the original purchase was made
using
PayPal, then the refund shall be issued by a credit through PayPal. If
the original purchase was made by check or U.S. Postal money order,
then the
refund shall be issued by check.
- Shipping charges are
nonrefundable.
- Upon receipt of returned merchandise, an
email
will be sent to you
as notification that the return is being processed.
- If you elect to exchange merchandise, or
receive an in-store credit for returned merchandise, the
transaction will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of
return. Exchanged or in-store credit merchandise will be shipped
back to you at our
expense.
How to Return or Exchange an
Item
- Email Us for
Instructions and Our Shipping Address Prior
to Returning the Merchandise - If for any reason, you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, or it arrives in damaged
condition, email us within 10 days of receipt for instructions
regarding the return procedure and our shipping address, or how to file
an insurance claim with the U.S. Postal Service.
- Pack the
Merchandise for Return - After receiving our instruction, repack
the
merchandise
carefully in a box and enclose a copy of the invoice. DO NOT
RETURN MERCHANDISE IN A PLAIN OR PADDED ENVELOPE. The merchandise
is fragile, and an envelope will not protect it adequately.
- Ship the Return
- Ship the return using a
traceable insured method of shipment (e.g. USPS Priority
Post, UPS, FedEx). That way you are protected against loss during
shipment. We will not be responsible for merchandise damaged or
lost in
return shipments.
Please note:
The U.S. Postal Service will provide Priority
Mail shipping boxes free of charge.
